Bob spent 16 years at Microsoft Corporation, most recently leading the Treasury Controller Group which is responsible for the accounting and disclosure for Microsoft's $100 billion Treasury Portfolio, stock-based compensation and acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2000, Bob was an Industry Fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) where he was responsible for coordinating the activities of the Emerging Issues Task Force. Prior to joining the FASB, Bob spent eight years at General Motors.
